About these terms
This website is operated by Taksim Square for Taksim Square Restaurant (Moonee Ponds) and Taksim Square Bakehouse Café (Essendon North). By using this website you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Menus, prices and availability
Menus, prices, opening hours and specials shown on this website are a guide and may change without notice due to seasonality and supply. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Public holiday surcharges may apply.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our kitchens handle nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, seafood and other allergens. Dietary labels are provided in good faith, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of allergens. Please tell our staff about any allergy before ordering.
Bookings
Restaurant bookings are made through OpenTable and are also subject to OpenTable's terms. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Tables may be released if you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us.
Functions and group bookings
Functions, banquets and large groups may require a deposit, minimum spend and final numbers in advance. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing when you book.
Online orders
Café online orders are processed by Square and are also subject to Square's terms. Pick-up times are estimates. Please check your order on collection.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for at least three years from purchase, cannot be exchanged for cash and are redeemable at the venue named on the voucher unless stated otherwise.
Website content
Photos, videos, logos and text on this website belong to Taksim Square or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent. Links to other websites (such as OpenTable, Square or Instagram) are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
