- Booking details such as party size, date and dietary or allergy notes
- Basic, anonymous website usage data (pages visited, device and browser type)
How we use it
- To manage your bookings, orders, functions and enquiries
- To contact you about your booking or order
- To send news or offers, only if you have agreed — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To improve our website and service
Third-party services
Bookings are handled by OpenTable, online orders and payments by Square, and maps by Google. When you use these services they collect information under their own privacy policies. We never sell your personal information.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
